Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information PROUVA collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices available to you. It covers the website only. Client engagements are governed by the agreement signed with each institution.
Information you provide
The contact form on this site does not transmit anything to us on its own. It assembles the fields you complete into a message that opens in your own email application, which you review and send yourself. We receive your name, company, role, email address and message only at the moment you choose to send that email.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical data required to deliver the page and protect it from abuse, such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp. These records are kept for a limited period, no longer than is necessary for security and diagnostic purposes, and are not used to build profiles or to track you across other websites.
Why we process it
- To respond to enquiries about the product, data partnerships or commercial terms.
- To maintain the security, availability and integrity of the site.
- To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for correspondence you initiate, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Information may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions, including our hosting and email providers; the current list of these providers is available on request. Where a provider operates outside the country in which we are established, we put contractual safeguards in place before any transfer.
Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Write to contact@prouva.ai and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
Terms of Use
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you use PROUVA under a signed agreement, that agreement prevails over anything stated here.
No advice, no execution
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is an offer to buy or sell any security. PROUVA is decision support software. It does not place, route or execute orders, and it does not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser or trading venue. Responsibility for every decision remains with the institution and the individuals making it.
Illustrative content
Screens, figures, animations and workflow examples shown on this site are illustrative. They are not derived from live client activity or from real market data, and they do not represent the performance of any actual transaction.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, the PROUVA and PrimaryIQ names and the associated marks belong to PROUVA or its licensors. You may consult and print pages for internal business purposes. Any other reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires our written permission.
Availability and links
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss arising from reliance on the site's content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where we are established, and the competent courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Data & Sources
PROUVA is built for markets where the provenance of a number matters as much as the number itself. This section sets out how information enters the platform and what happens to it there.
Licensed and authorised sources only
The platform works with data an institution is licensed to use: market data under its own vendor agreements, documents it holds or receives, and sources we have licensed directly. We do not scrape restricted venues and we do not redistribute licensed data beyond the permissions attached to it.
Provenance is preserved
- Material outputs remain linked to the documents and records that support them.
- Source, retrieval time and version are retained so a result can be re-examined later.
- Where evidence is missing, stale or conflicting, the platform surfaces it rather than resolving it silently.
Client information
Information belonging to a client is processed for that client alone. We do not use client content to train models offered to other clients, and we do not pool client data across institutions. Access is restricted to personnel who need it to deliver the service, and is logged. Retention and deletion follow the terms of the client agreement.
Accuracy
Data supplied by third parties may contain errors, gaps or delays. PROUVA exposes provenance so those limits can be assessed, but it does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third-party information.
Responsible AI
PROUVA uses artificial intelligence to read and structure information, and quantitative methods to analyse it. These commitments describe how we keep that use accountable.
Human authority
The platform prepares evidence; it does not decide. No output is executed automatically, and no workflow removes a person from the point of decision. Where a judgement carries material consequence, PROUVA is designed to route it to a human rather than resolve it.
Explainability over opacity
Quantitative analysis is model-driven and inspectable rather than a black-box score. A user can trace how a figure was produced, which inputs it used, and what assumptions were applied.
Traceability
Material outputs are retained with their inputs, model version and timestamp, so a decision can be reviewed after the fact by the team that made it, by a control function or by a supervisor.
Known limitations
- Language models can produce fluent statements that are wrong; outputs are evidence to be checked, not conclusions to be trusted.
- Quantitative analysis reflects the assumptions and the period it was built on, and degrades when conditions move outside that range.
- Coverage depends on the sources an institution has licensed and provided.
Governance
Model changes are versioned, tested before release and documented. Incidents affecting output quality are recorded and reviewed. Concerns about a model's behaviour can be raised at contact@prouva.ai and are investigated under our internal review process.
Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We work towards conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What is in place
- Semantic structure and landmarks so screen readers can navigate by heading and region.
- Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Text contrast tested against the AA threshold on both the light page and the dark brand blocks.
- Animation that respects the operating-system "reduce motion" setting, and a control to pause it.
- Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide.
Known gaps
We are not aware of any significant barrier on this site at present, and we correct issues as they come to our attention. We review the site against these criteria periodically and after any substantial change.
Tell us
If any part of this site prevents you from getting the information you need, write to contact@prouva.ai. Describe the page and what happened, and we will respond and provide the content in another format if needed.
